Refund and Returns Policy
At The Girl Company, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our artificial jewelry. If you are not satisfied with the product, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for worn jewelry items due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Time Frame: You can return eligible items within 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, which include but are not limited to:
- Worn jewelry
- Custom or personalized items
Return Process: To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us at support@thegirlcompany.com or call 6283505181. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
2. Refunds
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 days. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@thegirlcompany.com or call 6283505181. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative product of equal value.
4. Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Timelines: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Exceptions
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error caused by The Girl Company.
