Shipping Policy
At The Girl Company, we handle all shipping from our warehouse located in Punjab. We work with a variety of trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery of your order.
Shipping Partners:
We ship parcels through multiple courier services including:
- India Post
- DTDC
- Trackon
- Blue Dart
- As well as other reliable courier services based on your location.
Shipping Days and Times:
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
Delivery Process:
Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery. This OTP will be sent to the phone number you provided at checkout. You must provide this code to the delivery partner upon delivery.
Liability:
The Girl Company is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.
Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the selected courier service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so by contacting us at support@thegirlcompany.com or by calling +91 62835-05181. For unshipped prepaid orders, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date the cancellation request is processed.
Cancellation Post Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, it cannot be canceled. We have a no-refund policy for delivered products. The Girl Company will not issue a refund once the product has been delivered.
At The Girl Company, we strive to provide the best artificial jewelry delivered to your doorstep for your convenience. Once an order is placed on our website, it is immediately forwarded to our logistics partners for shipment. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. Rest assured, our products undergo thorough quality assurance before dispatch to minimize any need for cancellation. International Orders & Shipments
Exchanges and Returns:
We do not offer exchanges or returns for orders shipped internationally.
Damaged or Defective Goods:
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us at support@thegirlcompany.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will assist you with the issue.
